Richard Sholzberg is a Montreal-based real estate broker, entrepreneur, endurance athlete, husband and father of two. Since 2012 he has guided clients through hundreds of transactions across the island of Montreal.

His approach is shaped by more than market experience. Ironman triathlon training taught him that discipline beats motivation and that long-term results compound slowly — lessons he applies directly to how he represents clients. His work in business development, strategic partnerships and technology reflects a genuine belief that better decisions come from better framing, not just better data.

Completing full Ironman triathlons while running a business and raising a family reinforced what he already believed: discipline compounds, pressure is overrated and the long game almost always wins. 80% of his clients come through referrals — the result of an approach where the relationship consistently outlasts the transaction.
