In 2015, Richard joined a team as a Listing Specialist and helped develop it into an award-winning team of brokers within its first year. Three years later the opportunity to become partners and develop the team further, was accepted and continued success year after year as a number 1 sales team continued.
Now, in 2022, with over 250 successful transactions under his belt and 115 million dollars in sales volume, Richard is taking all his experience, expertise, knowledge and developing a new, more current approach to Real Estate. Moving away from the old stuffy way of doing business and distancing himself from the salesman attitude of the older generation, Richard has lofty goals of challenging the status quo of an outdated industry.
With a thirst for knowledge, education and growth, Richard has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Concordia University, a DEC in Law and Social, an AEC in Real Estate and accreditations in negotiating.
As a Real Estate professional, he continues to acquire new skills which will bring greater value to his clients. Including acquiring the condo certification from the QFREB (Quebec Federation Real Estate Board) to become a condo specialist. Additionally learning from business coaches, life coaches and mentors, either through one-on-one trainings, traveling to conferences or books.
All while helping Buyers and Sellers with their residential needs. He has forged relationships with Flippers, Builders, Developers and Investors as an advisor and consultant to their projects. Providing detailed market reports and managing the purchase and sale of the properties.

As a father of 2 girls and husband to an incredible woman, finding a work life balance is a challenge even in the best of times. Adding the additional personal challenge of carving out time to train for IRONMAN Triathlons, Richard has worked hard on being efficient and focused.
